Our story
Q9HVAC started with a simple idea: answer the phone, show up when we say we will, and do the job properly. Heating and cooling problems are stressful, and most people just want someone they can trust to explain what is wrong and fix it.
The company was founded by Mohammad, a licensed gas technician with hands-on experience installing and servicing residential heating and cooling systems across the GTA.
Today we install, repair and maintain furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps and water heaters for homes, businesses and industrial sites, and we answer emergency calls 24 hours a day.

The story behind the name
Why Q9? The queen and the nine of diamonds
Q9 comes from two playing cards: the queen and the nine of diamonds. In Pasur, a classic Persian card game, they are the two cards our founder loves to open with.
He likes to start everything the same way: put the queen and the nine on the table and lead with his best. That is how we approach every job, too.
